- [June Woonamy 定制時裝設計和裁縫](https://travelwithabutterfly.com/june-woonamy-chi/) - 座落於樂古道與摩羅上街交界，與古董懷舊小物店、花店以及愈來愈多的咖啡店為鄰，這間令人稱奇的小店 June Woonamy有著神秘的魅力，令路過的人都不其然被他們一系列獨特、並由傳統匠人手工製作的服裝所吸引。透過這次訪問，我們可從Brandice，June Woonamy的創辦人及藝術總監，以及Luke了解更多有關品牌背後的故事、他們的生意、展望以及對香港時裝設計師的忠告。 請為我們的讀者介紹你自己以及創立June Woonamy的原因。 我 (Brandice)本身是時裝設計師，於2015年成立了June Woonamy。這個生意源自一個很謙卑及簡單的原因 ── 為了紀念於2012年癌症離世的母親。她很喜歡打扮，時常穿著優雅的西洋時裝，看起來很漂亮及時尚。創立這門生意就是為了獻給她以及向她對漂亮優雅服飾的品味致敬。 June Woonamy這個名字是由我與我母親的名字結合而成。June是我們的出生月份；Woon是我中文名的最後一個字；而Amy是她的名字。 June Woonamy剛開始的時候，我用了過去多年辛勤工作儲起的全部積蓄來租這個50尺的店舖。Luke甚至於這間公司成立之前已跟我說我一定是瘋了。我們當時甚麼也沒有，一切由零開始。我們沒有任何背景，就像普通人一樣，一開始都沒有顧客。但對我來說，因為我說了我想做這件事，所以我們就開始做了。經過了一輪嘗試與修正，我們逐步慢慢走到今天。 你的度身訂造店跟其它店舖有甚麼分別？ 大概十年前，快速時裝仍是潮流。當時很多時候都會從中國採購質素差的布料來造衣服，而速購速棄的循環亦由此而生。我們希望能打破這個模式，令時裝變得更永恆，同時強調無塑膠的重要性。我們使用純羊毛、茄士咩、珍珠母 (Mother of Pearl)、貝殼以及其它合成物料。我們希望我們的衣服能使用有機和天然的物料。 我們概念上希望每件服裝都帶有客人的個人特色和主題。為實現這個目標，我們與客人溝通並了解他們想造這套服裝的目的及原因，從而配合他們的個人風格及外表，同時突顯他們的個性及獨特身體特徵。 每件服裝的設計及樣式也在訴說著自己的故事，通常都能反映及紀念客人想造這件特別服裝的原因。例如如果有一個客人去了意大利並很欣賞當地如聖馬可廣場的建築，我們就會翻閱不同的資料並進行資料搜集，去思考如何以最佳方式呈現出來。 我們傾向將更時尚、大膽、艷麗及誇張的設計投放於服裝的裡面，同時為服裝的外面打造更經典的設計，並加上一些小細節。我們這樣做是因為我們想確保每位客人都可以於不同場合穿上這件服裝，而且不是只穿一次，而是很多次。有些客人曾經要求他們的外套可雙面穿著，使他們可以於活動或派對時將西裝的底面反轉來穿。雖然我們可以達到這個要求，但我們不會考慮以此作為我們的賣點。 傳統的裁縫店比較喜歡提供較傳統的顏色如黑色及藍色供客人選擇。而我們則喜愛一些天馬行空的設計，只要風格和顏色與客人合襯，我們也會建議一些如青綠、粉彩綠、紫、淺藍及粉紅等非傳統色調。我們亦可利用這些顏色設計各種幼條紋圖案。有些人可能會覺得我們的設計很奇怪，但是我們反而覺得很有特色。我們深信，度身訂造的精神就是要滿足不同顧客的要求及喜好，令他們用時裝來表達自己的想法，所以如果需要造得奇特一點的話都應該照做。我們的客人亦因此而增加了衣櫃服飾的多樣性，令他們穿著牛仔褲的時候可以配搭出更多造型。 你的顧客通常是甚麼類型？ 很多人都會覺得裁縫是一個傳統和成熟的行業，並通常是40歲以上的銀行家及律師光顧。我敢說，即使裁縫於香港有悠久的歷史，這個工業也正步向夕陽。這是因為很多裁縫工匠都已經退下來了，而現時的裁縫行業仍然只能令人聯想起年紀較大的顧客，這方面可從以成熟男士為主角的廣告而引證。 與人聊天的時候，我們意識到度身訂造行業需要對客人保持更開放及接納的態度。例如有很多客人會來我們的店跟我們說他們很快就要參與第一次面試，他們不想穿著看起來很老土或與校服差不多款的西裝，但亦不希望太過隆重。 這些對年輕一代、於九十年代末出生的Z世代來說尤其準確。每當他們打開父母的衣櫃，看到的就只有過時及隆重的款式，所以他們拒絕穿著父母的衣服。他們想要時尚得來又可代表他們、以及可展示他們個性與特質的衣服。 為了令裁縫業變得年輕化，我們相信向大眾傳達度身訂造是可以很年輕、很個性化、很吸引人以及色彩可以很豐富的訊息是很重要的，而這些亦正是時下年輕人想要的風格。我記得我們其中一個實習生有一天染了一頭狂野的頭髮及穿了一件寫著 “Go fuck yourselves”的上衣來上班。現在的年輕人就是想要與眾不同、想要表現個性以及呈現無畏無懼的精神。這些情況亦可從他們自拍的數量，以及他們上載照片時偏好古怪多於傳統或簡單的風格中得知。 當我們都不再年輕，我們就要試著去追趕及了解網路世代的需要。我們主打西裝及西裝外套，而我們同時明白不是每個人都想要一套西裝或有錢買這些貨品，所以我們亦有出品連身褲、牛仔褲、恤衫等等，盡量滿足我們的顧客。我們亦吸引了比較多LGBT群眾的注意，相信是因為他們都比較想要些可與他們相匹配的獨特貨品，加上我們對非傳統事物的接納正與他們所尋找的相吻合。 每當你要與客人合作的時候，你會選擇用哪一種方式？ 我們的準則就是希望我們的客人會覺得我們是可信及開明的。只有透過與他們對話，我們才可實踐並促進這些價值觀。當我們進一步被接納到他們的世界並了解他們更多，我們就會被啟發並繼而創造出與他們故事和個性合襯的服裝。 有很多顧客，尤其是年輕的一群，一開始都是去光顧那些傳統的裁縫店，但很多時都被他們的自我而感到掃興。例如長輩們會說他們不可以穿這些或那些服裝因為就是不適合、他們選擇的布料不好看、又或是他們一定要以這個方式設計才合身……傳統的裁縫店都傾向會對於好看有一個既定的概念，並會將這些概念套在顧客身上。但對我們來說，我們希望顧客告訴我們他們想要甚麼，然後我們就造出他們想要而又會在他們身上顯得漂亮的東西。這就是我們說的開明 ── 我們接納客人的想法並將其融入服裝之中，而不會令顧客產生他們的想法會被當場拒絕的畏懼。 有一個例子可以說明我們所指的信任的意思。我們有一個有男性伴侶的男顧客，他最初對他的身份有點拘謹，情況就如大部份的LGBT情侶一樣。當我們問了很多有關他的想法的問題後，他就開始漸漸對我們打開心扉，並向我們解釋他想以雀鳥去造一些東西去紀念他的關係，於是我們就列印了很多不同的圖樣給他選擇。 我們的任務就是要為客人們解決問題。不是所有設計都是前衛的，但最關鍵的是我們向他們提供的服務。例如我們會建議他們如何可以隱藏或令他們的大肚腩不那麼明顯。如果他們喜歡動物、家中有寵物或者他們想將其寵物融入他們的服裝，我們就會想辦法去實現它。如果他們想要十八世紀中式風格的圖案，我們就會將這個願望實現。我們會就著他們穿著時的地點及季節，從而建議他們應該選擇甚麼布料及圖案。例如如果那是一套結婚的禮服，我們會問他何時何地結婚、婚禮布景版的設計以及他們意屬花束、婚紗及新郎禮服的款式，然後我們就會設計與主題、氣氛、地點及天氣相匹配的服裝。如果那是一套工作服但同時希望可紀念某個特別時刻，我們就會確保服裝舒適同時帶有低調的設計，以配合於辦公室穿著。 每當有客人來到我們的店舖，我們會詢問他們心目中想要的顏色及布料，以及他們希望服裝能帶出的故事。我們並會問他們有沒有甚麼主題想表達，例如中國風主題或較漫不經心的設計。我 (Brandice) 亦會做一些時裝潮流預測。我們也會造一些個人化的刺繡。當我們知道了客人的想法，我們就會為他們創造一個個人化mood board，而每當他們有任何建議，我們就會為他們作出修改，包括不同的衣領、不同的剪裁、或者一些細節上的小改動。 當我們製造他們的服裝及西裝時，我們亦會嘗試去確保服裝的多用途性，令他們可以自行配搭本身的衣服，並於不同場合穿著。他們的衣服不只適用於婚禮或工作，但亦可於與朋友喝一杯時穿著。 有時候，我們與客人的對話大概有30%是關於工作的，其餘時間我們會聊很多與服裝無關的東西，例如音樂、文化、建築及藝術。我們常常與我們的客人們成為朋友。 與客人相處的情況如何？ 直到目前為止，我們都能應付客人的要求，然而有幾個客人因為不同原因令我們留下了頗深刻的印象。記得有一個來自比利時／德國的男室內設計師，他當時正在尋找一些非常獨特的布料／線／質感。有一次，他於我們的店舖逗留了四小時，目的就是為了觀看和觸摸一下我們提供的圖樣及布料。 他想為他自己及在香港做領事的丈夫造一件有深淺不同色的kimono。我留意到德國人、甚至一般西方人都比較要求高及傾向有更多天馬行空的想法。 另一個有趣故事是關於一個法國家庭，他們的傭人／司機知道那個家庭對藝術很有興趣，所以帶了那個家庭的父親及兒子來了我們的店。他們一到埗便向我們展示了他們希望兒子穿著的衣服，款式與想像中童話故事人物的衣服相似，並在背心加上了優雅的刺繡。 我們曾經為一對想要慶祝結婚十週年的夫妻設計服裝。那位太太很喜歡一首歌，因此我們設計了一套服裝，並將歌詞寫在日式羅紋絲帶上，而絲帶是丈夫於他們的特別場合送給太太的禮物。 曾經亦有客人要求訂造無結構的西裝或要求我們使用亞麻布以助於說故事。 有沒有任何明星或名人曾到訪你的店舖？ 就在其中一個Clockenflap週末，我(Luke)與一個同事於店舖裡享受著慵懶的時光。那是一個相對平凡和安靜的下午。 突然之間，我意識到門外有一個身影，是一位男士正從門外探視。當我仔細觀察，我發現……那個正是我小時候的偶像
